private plunge pool sunrise views beach barbecue rude lady unhelpful assistance extra charge
i stayed in a beachfront villa. the villa had a private plunge pool. the sunrise views were AMAZING. a beach barbecue happened one evening.
the lady at reception seemed rude. her assistance felt unhelpful. the hotel charged us MORE for bottled water at checkout.

The location is great. One side faces a beautiful beach. The other side is near restaurants and shops (very convenient!). The family bungalow included everything we needed. Showers and beds were great.
I noticed slight mold in the bathrooms.

A wonderful stay
friendly staff birthday cake great bartender
The staff was VERY friendly. They helped me with some questions about the towels and minibar. The friendly bartender and the room were all GREAT. They surprised me with a little birthdaycake and helped me apply disinfectant after i slipped due to rain.
The rude lady at the reception. She was very rude and unhelpful.

The room was super clean and stylish. It featured an air conditioning system that maintained a very comfortable temperature. The room had good service and a location made exploring effortless.

Breakfast included good variety and very fresh items. I LIKED that we could get eggs cooked to order. The restaurant had a nice atmosphere. there was a happy hour with special prices for cocktails at the bar.

The hotel had a beautiful beach in front of it. The pool was cleaned regularly. The hotel's location made exploring very effortless, though getting around without a car proved difficult.

I stayed in a beautiful double room balcony and it was fantastic! the room was super spacious and had all the amenities i needed. the bathroom was also lovely. I really loved the shower, it had great water pressure!!!

the breakfast had a good variety. i appreciated the option to order fresh eggs prepared to my liking (especially scrambled).
the stairs to reach the upper floors were very steep (something to consider for those with mobility issues).
