Chaweng Cove Beach Resort, Koh Samui

I had a terrible experience at this hotel, primarily due to the rude staff and poor room conditions. The service was far below expectations, with unpleasant interactions at the front desk. Although it is advertised as a beach resort, the facilities were not up to par, but if you only need a place to sleep, you might find cheaper options nearby.

I just spent 10 days at this resort and while the Private Pool Villa was outstanding with incredible ocean views, the check-in experience was disappointing. The staff at breakfast were not very welcoming, and the food quality was lacking except for the egg station. Overall, the beautiful surroundings made up for these downsides, but I left feeling unsure if I would return.

Despite some drawbacks, my stay at this resort had its highlights. The Private Pool Villa we booked was absolutely fantastic with stunning ocean views, and the service from the housekeeping staff was superb. However, the check-in experience was disappointing, the breakfast options left much to be desired, and the general service quality was inconsistent. Overall, the location is perfect for those wanting a quieter stay close to Chaweng's attractions, but the dining and service need some improvement.

This resort offers a lovely garden setting with bungalows that are quite charming. However, I found the pool area to be in need of renovation and a bit slippery. The breakfast was decent but lacked variety, and the neighborhood left much to be desired. Overall, it's a budget-friendly option, but next time I'd prefer staying closer to the center of Chaweng.
